A girl turns up in your house with 2 other girls whom she claims to be her sisters, seems to be of age 7 or 8 yrs!...says her dad is a drunk & mom works as a maid, and can`t afford to pay their school fees. She shows Rs 10 to you and aks you," Uncle can you please help?"
What would be your response? What would have Jesus done?

one of my friend remarked after reading this post that he didn`t understand what I was trying to say!
Let me explain - The girl is in need of financial support. Giving her some money would ensure that she doesn`t trouble me any more. Should that be our attitude? Though we all desire to help out the poor & the needy, we don`t take our time out to plan & help them out(including myself). We are hesistant most of the times to shell out our money!! We justify ourselves with many excuses & do away such people with few coins?
Can`t we do more?
At this point I remember a verse in the bible which says - Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world” (James 1:27).
