Secrets are never to be revealed!
When Jeremiah was asked by his King not to reveal what happened between them, but instead say something else when somebody asks about that, Jeremiah obeyed the king!!!! That is a good management lesson. (Shall post the reference some time later!! :))
Professionalism should never be mixed with friendship. When your boss wants you to do some work, you are supposed to do it. You are employed by your boss to have his work done. If he offers you a good position, take it up. It is not for you to reason if it was a right decision or whether your friend deserved it more than you. It is for your boss to decide!!!
